You were advised of these policies over the phone when you made the reservation. By submitting this form, you are guaranteed a room at check-in.



Cancellation Policy:
30 days or more = $50 cancellation / change fee
29 days or less = Forfeit of the deposit

During the summer season, reservations of 3 or more cottages, reservations 7 + nights or festival reservations all have a 60 day cancellation policy. Reservations of 7+ nights and / or 3 or more cottages must be paid in full 60 days prior to arrival.

With the exception noted above, full balance is due at check-in. You are responsible for the entire length of your stay. Refunds will not be given for late arrivals or early departures (sorry no exceptions as we remove the cottage from the books and we can not afford that financial loss because of your change of plans or emergencies).  Minimum nights stay requirements must be met for all changes. Changes include shortening the length of your stay or moving dates. Reservations may not be shortened or changed within 30 days of your arrival. Cancellation policy will take effect if changes are made less then 30 days prior to arrival.



NO smoking in any of the cottages
NO pets allowed on the property
Adult property (no children under 13)

No visitors or guests allowed

To preserve the quiet and intimate setting, we do not allow additional guests or visitors on the property. There are plenty of parks in the area that you can meet your family / friends for BBQs or get-togethers.

Check in 3:00PM to 7:00PM

Late check ins must be arranged as the office closes at 7:00.

Check out is by 10:30AM
