• No pets alowed on the property
• No visitors or extra guests are allowed

To preserve the quiet and intimate setting, we do not allow additional guests or  visitors on the property. There are plenty of parks in the area that you can  meet your family / friends for BBQs or get-together's.

No Maid service avaialble

The cottages do not have phones however there is one located in the front of the office area. 

Being in the mountains, some cell phones do not work. Please understand we have no control what cell phones and what providers will work on the resort. Most cell phones work at some capacity (text or voice) someplace on the property but again there are NO guarantees if you will have service.

The cottages have satelittle TV with over 45 basic channels (no pay per view or premium channels)

Prices may change without notice and cottages are not held without a deposit.

Mesa Verde features an elaborate four-story city carved in the cliffs by the Ancestral Pueblo people between 600 and 1300 A.D.  The mystery surrounding this ancient cultural landmark is the sudden disappearance of the thousands of inhabitants who created the more than 4,000 identified structures.
